Strategic Communications & Public Relations
Communications and Marketing Strategies for firms operating in contexts where high-touch and high-trust brands aren’t “nice-to-have”. They’re requirements.
Putting Human Relationships Back into Public Relations
Valuation models capture an EBITDA multiple or land appraisal. They cannot account for human meanings like legacy, trust, and loyalty. Whether you are executing a multi-generational practice transition, entitling a land development, or advising high-net-worth families, your ability to connect with and persuade people is your primary asset.
I work with advisories, M&A firms, estate attorneys, developers, and specialized practices operating in contexts where trust is absolutely non-negotiable. While you manage the technical and financial mechanics of a transition or project, I govern the messaging, PR, and public positioning. I ensure your practice speaks to both the math and the human reality of the engagement.

Strategic brand and marketing counsel for the long game
Great strategic communications does not begin with a campaign or a media blitz. It begins with quiet, rigorous listening.
For fourteen years, I led complex organizations in pastoral ministry, serving six years as associate pastor for outreach and eight as lead pastor. Alongside this executive service, I earned a PhD in Homiletics and Liturgics (essentially communication & organizational culture). Pastoral leadership is a masterclass in high-stakes human mediation, emotional intelligence, and consensus-building across generations. My advisory practice applies those exact capabilities to the delicate realities of practice transitions, land entitlements, and institutional reputation.
I do not sell off-the-shelf templates or deliver static decks and walk away. I advise leadership teams directly, translating technical mastery into narrative governance that secures public trust and protects goodwill.
14 Years of Pastoral Leadership Eight years as lead pastor and six as associate pastor for outreach, navigating crisis management, intergenerational conflict, and community stewardship.
PhD in Communication & Organizational Culture Advanced doctoral scholarship in the mechanics of persuasion, public rhetoric, cultural anthropology, and human consensus.
Narrative Governance & Strategic Alignment Bridging deep pastoral listening with modern communications infrastructure to preserve goodwill and enterprise value through major transitions.
Will we work well together?
My practice is built for principals who understand that high-stakes advisory requires substance, deep listening, and quiet authority. We are likely a strong match if:
You need to translate technical mastery into human value: Your firm handles complex legal, financial, or spatial mechanics, but your client relationships ultimately depend on trust, legacy, and emotional intelligence.
You view client acquisition as an act of hospitality: You believe long-term relationships are built through genuine dialogue, thoughtful listening, and care, not hyper-aggressive sales funnels or artificial urgency.
You prioritize resonance over reach: You don't need mass-market viral attention. You need tailored, high-intent positioning that commands quiet authority with family offices, civic leaders, and institutional partners
